Maiden Marine Co began as a personal commitment — to build a career, and eventually a brand, that reflects the discipline and pride I've always associated with life on the water.

My path in the marine industry started the way most good careers on the water do: on deck, working hard, learning from experienced skippers, and treating every vessel as if it were my own. Over the years I've worked across a range of Australian coastlines and vessel types, refining the standards I now bring to every job.

Today, Maiden Marine Co delivers professional deckhand and marine contracting work to private owners, charter operators and yacht managers — while quietly building toward a full-service yachting offering: deliveries, sea trials, brokerage and yacht management, launching soon.

The goal has never been to be the biggest name on the water. It's to be one of the most trusted.
